How do I organize your life? First, I move everything out of the unorganized room. I clean the empty room for a fresh start! As I put items back, I will get rid of unnecessary things, then organize the remaining items. If you want to purchase boxes and bins to store your items, I can use them too! I use a label maker also to make the transition easier on you! The unnecessary items will be either trash or Goodwill. I will take care of the trash and Goodwill for a small fee! Below, I have included before and after pictures of a couple of clients' spaces that I have overhauled! The desk was so littered with papers and trash, nobody could use the computer. There wasn’t even a desk chair. I cleaned the trash and food off the desk and filed the papers appropriately. I found an unused chair in the next room and now there is room to work in this home office!
This mail room was so cluttered with miscellaneous items that you could barely get to the mailing supplies. Now the mailing boxes etc are organized in the corner shelf and there is an empty table for current packages to be mailed.
This basement studio storage room had a lot of unnecessary items. I got rid of the trash and unusable items. In the corner are all of the canvases and other similarly shaped items. The paint buckets are now lined up and stacked by color and name.
This is the other side of the studio storage room above. Notice the shelves are not cluttered and messy; now they are tidy and the loose items are in labeled bins for easy access.
After going through boxes and bags of unopened mail, I organized and filed the important documents and shredded the outdated ones.
I could hardly walk in this play area for the kids, so I can’t imagine they could play either! I put the outside toys outside, books into a shelf, movies into the white drawers, and all of their toys in the blue bins. Now the kids have room to play and a place to put their toys away after playtime!
The bedroom floor was littered with full plastic bags, clothes (clean and dirty), papers, and boxes. When I got done, everything had a place and the floor was clear and vacuumed clean!
This client was preparing for a meeting, but all their paperwork was in messy piles all over their office. I organized all of the papers into themed stacks then into labeled binders to make it easy to reference.
